FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2026-2027
Candidates are advised to download the Prospectus and Application forms. Read the Prospectus carefully and then fill up the Application form. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
Last date of Submission of Application forms: 10/7/2026
Completed applications, along with self-attested copies of all required documents and proof of payment of the prescribed application fee, must reach The Director, Kanchi Mamunivar Government Institute for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Lawspet, Puducherry-605 008, on or before the prescribed last date. Applications may be submitted in person at the Institute Office during working hours or sent by Speed Post.
Important Note:
Candidates awaiting the results of their VI Semester Undergraduate Examinations are also eligible to apply, provided they submit copies of all available mark sheets up to the V Semester before the last date for submission of applications. Such candidates must submit a copy of their VI Semester Mark Sheet / Provisional Result within seven days from the date of publication of results by Pondicherry University.
APPLICATION AND PROCESSING FEES (Non-Refundable):
Rs.300/- for SC/ST/ BT/ PwD (Origin only) ;
Rs. 600/- for others (Residents/Non-residents)
Application cum processing fee can be paid through Indian bank challan
